RAI’s Retail Technology Conclave (ReTechCon) is an annual occasion for retailers and technology providers to meet and share some of the latest practices in retail.

Technology is a great enabler in Retail and retailers use technology well in diverse business solution areas for creating efficiencies, optimizing business output and to establish market differentiation.

The Retail Technology Committee of RAI, comprising of CIOs of various retail Companies had an interesting approach towards the recessionary trend in the markets. Their belief is that tough times like this allows Companies to re-think their strategies and makes them take some clear steps towards driving sales and investing in technologies that can provide efficiencies across the chain.
